How to preserve bread
Contrary to what we believe the fridge will not prolong shelf life, As a matter of fact, refrigerated breads dry out quicker and makes it appear stale faster
The proper way to store bread for longer shelf life is in the freezer. When you are ready to use it take it out of the freezer a couple of hours before usage and let it warm to room temp in the bag
